Update

It seems that all I do on blogger is post updates....well here's the latest installment : )

Today marks 6 months until Graduation from Pharmacy School. I am excited yet terrified at the same time. I am ecstatic about graduating and ending the formal school portion of my life, but have no idea where I'll go or what I'll be doing.  I know that I want to be an independent pharmacist...not work for a chain pharmacy or for a hospital.  That however, makes finding a job increasingly difficult. Most pharmacies do not advertise for pharmacists...it is all word of mouth or who you know or going door-to-door asking if anyone is hiring.

I am not totally without options at this point though. The man I worked for in Big Spring wants me to come back and work for him again at the Leonard's stores, but I am just not sure that is a good move for me. There is a lot of history at those stores...some good, some bad...AND it's in Big Spring.  Not a very exciting place to live and not many friends in that area.  It would be nice to see my parents more often, and to be part of a small-ish community, but I'm having a hard time making a decision.

Recently I decided that I would like to get to know the customers I interact with at whatever pharmacy I end up at as well as get involved in the community and stay there for a long time. This is a totally foreign way of life for me, as I haven't lived anywhere for longer than 6 years.  It is normal for me to move every few years.

There's also the boyfriend to think about. We haven't talked about the future and really I'm concentrating on the now rather than then, but that leaves a huge unknown in the future.

In short, my life is a huge ? after May 21, 2011.

Kuckoo and Kachoo

Odd heading, right? Yep, I think so too.  But those are the names of 2 pigeon babies that grew up on my porch.  Starting from the beginning...

In the middle of June I would hear this cooing coming from my porch while I was in the living room.  I looked out and saw pigeons out there so I repeatedly shooed them off by banging on the glass door.  Apparently my efforts were for naught though...a few days later I saw a pile of twigs in the far corner of the balcony. The next day a pigeon was sitting there, so I shooed her off and lo and behold there were 2 eggs where she was laying.  I debated on what to do, but couldn't get rid of them, that would make me feel too guilty.  So the birds got to stay...and hatched a week or so later.  I watched them grow until they were big enough to fly and a few days ago they flew away.

You'd think the story ends there right?  Wrong!  I heard cooing coming from the balcony again a few days ago.  And being the seasoned veteran I am knew what it meant.  :/  Today I looked out and in the opposite corner of the balcony, there was a bird laying there.  She got spooked when I parted the blinds to look out and flew away.  What do you suppose was in her place...you guessed it 2 eggs.  So here we go on round 2 of pigeon breeding.

These are some pictures of Kuckoo and Kachoo, the first round of pigeon babies.  (Chuck named them...and still wants to go out and play with them)  I'll fill you in on round 2's names when they are decided. :)

Pigeon eggs.  White eggs that look like chicen eggs, but are smaller. The stuff around the eggs is their "nest" basically just a pile of sticks and a few leaves that the mom (maybe dad) pigeons put there.

Kuckoo and Kachoo - a few days after they were born.  Not too pretty looking when they're little.  But the growth process from egg hatching to flying away only takes about 4-6 weeks.

So pigeon breeding isn't bad, except for the pile of poop they leave behind.  And the stench of it while the babies are growing big enough to fly.  Good thing I removed the poop from the one side of the balcony last weekend...2 piles would not be fun to deal with!

Update

Hello blogworld, it has been far too long since we have been in touch.  Considering my extended hiatus from blogging, one might think that my life has been busy, but alas, the thought would be wrong.  However, I do not have my days free any longer, I actually have to attend rotation this 6 weeks...and from now on.

I have been on rotation at IVSolutions, which specializes in IV medication and IV nutrition therapy for patients at home.  Another business, Maxor Specialty Pharmacy is run from the same building and by the same pharmacists, specilizes in growth hormone, and injectable medications.  I have been calling patients and doing clinical follow-ups on them to make sure they are doing alright with their therapy.  It has been an interesting rotation, but I am ready to move on to the next one.   There usually is not much to keep me busy as most patients do not answer their phones during the day, so I leave a quick message and most don't call back.  I did spend a few days in the clean room, mixing TPNs (total parenteral nutrition - basically liquid food in a bag that runs through an IV into a patient), which was a lot of fun despite the garb that we have to wear while we are in there.  It is a sterile environment, so we wear shoe covers, gowns, gloves, face masks, and hair covers.  All of that added material heats you up pretty quickly.

In other news, Chuck's softball season started up again, so I've been attending his games every monday night and cheering him on, or at least offering moral support when they lose.  Which they do...every game so far.  I am hoping for 1 win this season, at least. :)

That's basically all that's new here! Hopefully I will keep in better touch in the future. But considering that my next rotation is Nuclear pharmacy, that might not happen.  Rotation starts at 6 AM, yep that's SIX AM every weekday, but I will be out at 2 PM.  I'll get to learn some of the ins and outs of chemotherapy, so it should be interesting.  BUT I might have to resort to drinking energy drinks or coffee or something along those lines to keep me awake!

Amarillo fireworks

High winds in Amarillo almost spoiled the fireworks set to go off at Southwest park last night!  Chuck and I, along with Kevin and Kaitlin, sat at the park in lawnchairs for about 3 hours last night, waiting on the fireworks....

The winds made it pretty chilly, but eventually the fireworks did get set off and it was a pretty good show!  There were several other fireworks that went off in the surrounding neighborhood as well, so we watched those until the real show started!

Ruidoso, NM

It was a long drive to Ruidoso, but we made it, only to be greeted by rain!  4 days of rain, off and on.  But the rain did not slow down our fun...

Wednesday we checked into our cabin then looked in a few shops in town. Little did we know that we'd hit the best ones that first day!  We did end up finding a few other neat ones, as well as one owned by a couple from Andrews, TX!

Chinese food for dinner - huge portions and lots of leftovers we didn't end up eating, oops!  Then, the highlight of the day - Mini golf!  I ended up winning by 15 points!!

Thursday - breakfast at Pena's place - YUM!!!  They have amazing food!  Blueberry pancakes are great!  (we ate there every morning...I couldn't get enough!)  We spent the rest of the morning in Lincoln, NM, at the museum there, where they kept Billy the Kid before he killed the prison guards holding him and escaped! Pretty interesting exhibit there.
Off to the racetrack Thursday afternoon, where I placed my first bet on a horse...and won!  Uncle Woody was a good pick!  Then I lost the next 2 I bet on and decided that was a day.  My parents lost the races they bet on also.  Dinner at Santinos Italian - yummy food there too!  Then Fireworks at the Inn of the Mountain Gods....LOTS of fireworks over the lake!  And about 10,000 people on their lawn!

Friday - Jeeping in the morning - we drove to Nogal and took some of the less maintained dirt county roads back to Bonito lake and back to Ruidoso from there.  Mom and dad got bumped around a bit, although I tried to find the smoothest route.  Dinner was at the Flying J Ranch where they do a chuckwagon supper and a 'gunfight' then a show after.  Amazing food, cute shops and entertainment for kiddos (pony rides, panning for gold, and pistol shooting), then a fake gunfight in the center of 'town'.  Followed by an amazing chuckwagon supper on tin plates and mugs and a singing show afterwards!  Lots of fun!

Saturday - after breakfast at Pena's Place, it was off to Roswell to see the International UFO museum - kind of interesting to look at, but I don't see the big deal of it.  Then the trek home!

Overall it was a fun trip - although we got rained out a few times...we still had fun filled days and lots of entertainment!

Diabetes Camp & Recovery

Last week was Diabetes Camp at Ceta Canyon Christian Camp

The Counselors and medical staff all left on Sunday and from Amarillo it took us about an hour to get there.
Sunday afternoon was full of training sessions and education and preparation for Monday when the campers would arrive.  It was also our last "good" meal for a week ...or so we thought!

In my cabin the counselors were Audrey (a resident from Tech), Crystal (a P3 from Tech), Mahsa (a P2 from Tech - Abilene campus), and myself (a P4 from Tech). We also had 2 Junior Counselors, Sierra and Katie (BK) both Sophomores in highschool.  Junior Counselors are former campers who have diabetes but are now too old to attend camp as campers - they got to come as JC's to help out the counselors and the kitchen staff, etc.

So, as I said, Sunday we prepped for the campers' arrival and practiced our skills and looked over the protocols of what to do if the kids sugar went low or high, etc.  THEN, Sunday night, Audrey and I got "broken in" on camp!  Our 2 JCs and the JC from the attached cabin, Sydney, went low!  Agh!  So we woke them all up and fed them sugar tabs and rechecked them and got them back within range, and went to sleep again.  Oh, but did they all go low at the same time ... NO. We have mandatory checks at midnight the first night of camp (good thing we did it this night too), then if need be, we recheck at 3 am. (yeah...lots of fun!)  So the girls went low at midnight, 2, and 3 am (the 2 am one woke up because she felt low - isn't the body amazing?)

So after the first night, we were broken in on lows and i wasn't worried about treating those anymore.  Now all I had to worry about was treating a high blood sugar - which I got about an hour after all our campers arrived! Agh!

Lauren, our only camper who still had to take insulin shots (the rest had pumps), was high when she came to camp!  Counselors were checking the campers as they came in and registered, or after 2 hours of their last check, whichever came first.  And Lauren, read Hi on the meter the first time she checked (meaning a result > 600) then recheck was 590!  So after some questions and answers - she didn't know much about that day or what insulin she got, etc.  We pushed water on her, LOTS of water!  We finally got her sugar down that afternoon, and finally got the ketones out with water and trips to the bathroom!
What a way to be broken in to camp!!  And that was only the beginning!

This post would be ginormous if I told all that went on...lets just say that after an EXHAUSTING week of looking after 7 9 and 10 year old girls, and stressing over their sugars and forcing food into their mouths that they were slightly less than excited about (swiss cheese, cottage cheese, and grapefruit are not good options for kids)....I survived Diabetes Camp - and so did my campers!

I learned a LOT about diabetes, and had a lot of fun with the kids - although my patience had run out by the end of the week!  Formed some bonds with the girls and with the other counselors and JC's.  I am so glad I went to camp...it was an awesome experience!!

oh yeah - and we ate every 2-3 hours...seriously!  Breakfast at 8am, snack at 10, lunch at 12:15, snack at 3, dinner at 6, snack at 9...then checks at midnight and 3 am, if the kids were low they ate another snack!  Basically a week of eating and playing!  and SUN!! LOTS of SUNSCREEN!  Our cabin rules were waterbottles, sunscreen, and shoes before you leave the cabin!

After camp:
I SLEPT!!  I got home about 1 Saturday afternoon....called Chuck and my mom, Chuck came over and took me to get lunch which I ate then laid down on the couch and napped, then moved to my bed and slept until 9 that night!  I went and got dinner, watched There Will Be Blood with Chuck, then went to sleep again!  Today I finally do not feel tired all the time!  Walking all day and being in the sun and chasing kids and worrying about them sure does take it out of you!!
Downside - I'm still on the camp eating schedule! I have been pigging out the past couple days which has got to stop! :)

AND  - tomorrow - I leave for Ruidoso, NM to hang out with my parents for a few days!  Good thing I had a few days break in between!

I'm sorry if this all sounds a little disjointed - I just had so much to say and didn't want to make it too long! I"m sure you'll hear about all my kiddos in the near future!  They were super sweet and had loads of energy! I wouldn't have traded them for anything, but I'm sure glad they are back at home with their families! :)

Swagbucks question

A few days ago, I posted about Swagbucks.com, a web search site that awards swagbucks for searches, which can be redeemed for gift cards and prizes.

Does anyone else use this site?  And/Or does anyone else have trouble with the search links?  It seems like more often than not, I will search something and click on a link it returns and be sent to an "Internet explorer is unable to show this page" site...which will happen with most links on the page.  Does this happen to anyone else??

Just wondering if it's just me, or a funky setting on my computer.

On the road again...

The first half of this summer is filled with trips!

2 weekends in May, Chuck and I were in Dallas...1 to see a Rangers game with Michelle and Eric, the other to attend a wedding of one of Chuck's good friends.  Both trips were successes, just left us tired after 6 hour drives both ways, both weekends!

June is even more packed with trips!

Last Friday night, my parents came and stayed the night on their way to Colorado, for the summer trip.  My brother and I were unable to go with them this year as he started a new job at Home Depot a week ago (YAY!) and I am in school-ish for the summer, on rotations.

Saturday morning Chuck left for a week long Caribbean cruise with his fried Sean. Long story short, Sean was supposed to take his daughter on the cruise, but his ex-wife forbid her from going, so good buddy Chuck volunteered to go with him...huge sacrifice, I know.  So he won't be back until next Monday!  I am missing him like crazy!!  And we are down to email as our only communication, because phone calls are very expensive with roaming charges, etc.

Next Sunday, I leave for Ceta Canyon to go to Diabetes Camp.  I will be a camp counselor at a week long camp for type 1 diabetic children.  One of the professors at my school coordinates and runs this camp with a local doctor.  He takes Pharmacy students as counselors to manage the kids' diabetes...since we are so well trained! :)  So that will be another week of no contact with Chuck..or anyone else outside of camp, because it's in a canyon and there is no cell phone reception!  I'm told the only way to get reception is to hike up the mountain and talk from there....however, we can't leave our kids all day long, and at night we have staff meetings and 2 hour blood sugar checks, so it would be about midnight at least before I'd be able to make that trek...I don't see that happening often!

I return on the following Saturday from camp, and have a week off of school... our "summer break"... which is the week before the 4th of July.  Anyway... Chuck leaves that day to go to Las Vegas with some of his friends!  Agh!  He returns the following Tuesday.

As if that isn't enough, my parents and I are planning a trip to Ruidoso, NM for a few days during my break. So we will leave Wednesday and meet there and hangout for a few days, and hopefully get some Jeeping in as there are a lot of Jeep trails around there. :)

So...long story short, June is a BUSY month!  And a month spent mostly away from Chuck!  It sounds kind of dumb, but I miss him like crazy and am ready for us to be in the same place, with some free time...soon!  And this is only the beginning of our trips and time apart!  I'll probably be a wreck by the time June is over!

Swagbucks

I have joined the SwagBucks revolution...ok so it's not really, it just sounded cool.  Anyway, I have joined SwagBucks.com, a search engine site that rewards you "swagbucks" for random searches.  When you register, you automatically receive 30, and searching from their site as well as participating in a daily poll question and entering swagcodes gets you more swagbucks.  Swagbucks can be accumulated to trade in for a prize, so to speak.  Several good deals are available to redeem your bucks...$5, $25, & $50 Amazon gift cards, $10 Barnes&Noble gift cards, Starbucks giftcards, etc.
Earning points really doesn't take much extra effort...if you are as addicted to the internet as I am, and spend your day or night by the computer, it is a good way to earn rewards for your time spent searching the web :)
It's not the greatest search engine, so have an idea of what site you want to get to before you search.  BUT I joined last Friday and have already accumulated 230 swagbucks.
I have to admit, that receiving swagbucks is addicting.  I find myself entering random words to search just to see if I can earn SwagBucks!

Click here if you want to join the site.  It is my personal referral link.  And yes, my swagname is LicensedtoDeal. Referring to my chosen profession...although I'm not licensed yet...but I will be soon!

4 day...scratch that...5 day weekend

Today's schedule:

Alarm: 7:00am
Rotation: 8:20 am

Actual day:

Text 6:45 am - "Today meet me at 3:00 at Jan Werner" (from preceptor)
Woke up 6:48 am - read text received at 6:45 am, rolled eyes, turned off alarm scheduled for 7:00am, went back to sleep.
Woke up 11:40 am - got up for the day...got on computer to read blogs, check emails, earn swagbucks, etc. :)
Text 2:04pm - "3:30" (from preceptor)
Text 2:12pm - "Nevermind. Tomorrow at 8:15AM @ Jan Werner" (from preceptor)

= Day off...again!

Last week this annoyed me, but this week I have begun to think it humorous and am wondering how long it will go on.

Actual time spent at rotation: 2 hours (in 2 weeks, 1 day)

Text 2:23pm - "Tomorrow am be ready for dementia discussion. This week's topic for Thursday will be Urinary incontinence, UTI's in the elderly and BPH" (from preceptor)

I guess it's time to start reading about dementia...to be ready for yet another postponed discussion.  Actually I'm glad we are not meeting, I was not ready for the discussion scheduled for this morning...glad it was postponed until tomorrow.

Why bother??

I actually met with my preceptor today for rotation....an hour late!  We were scheduled to meet at 11am, but she texted at 8 and said it would be 12:30pm...fine, whatever.  12:15 rolls around and she texts saying she will be 15-20 minutes late...so I wait to leave the house until 12:35 or so... get to school around 12:45 and wait until 1:33 when she walks in the door!!!  UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Oh, then she has to leave at 2:45 to go to a doctor's appointment....SERIOUSLY??? She's on time for that, but not for a meeting with students...how disrespectful can she be???

Grand total of hours on rotation so far... 2 (yeah that's TWO) in 2 weeks! AND she gave us the day off tomorrow - for a 4 day weekend...we've had a 2 week weekend! Agh! At least I won't have to get up and get ready for the text saying we aren't meeting tomorrow.

How rude!

Hyatt 1, weary travellers 0

Last weekend Chuck and I met up with Eric and Michelle in Dallas for a Rangers game.  It was great to see them again!!! I can't believe it has been a year!

A few interesting things that happened:

1. Michelle and Eric had booked the Hyatt through Priceline, so I decided to give it a try and got the same hotel for the same price.  Cool deal... or so we thought.  Chuck and I got to the hotel around 4:30 or 4:45 and were told that since the hotel had been sold out the night before, the cleaning staff was not finished cleaning, so we were put on a waiting list...after we "checked in".  We put Michelle and Eric on there also since they hadn't gotten to the hotel yet.  Michelle and Eric arrived a few minutes later and "checked in" also. We decided to go ahead and go to the game, since it started at 6:10, trusting that our rooms would be ready by the time we got back.
2. After the game, we went to The Cheesecake Factory for dessert since we don't live in cities that have them.  I highly recommend the Pineapple Upsidedown Cheesecake!! It's delicious!  2 pieces of pineapple upside down cake with pineapple cheesecake in between. Yum! My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
3. We got back to the hotel around 11:30 and the room I had reserved was ready so I got keys, but Michelle and Eric didn't.  It turns out that the manager had bumped their registration off and sent them to a sister property, the Hilton, down the road.  Naturally we were all upset about this, so we tried to figure out the logistics of this decision...getting nowhere with the staff...and of course, the manager who had overridden their reservation was at home asleep, or at least not answering her phone.  So, long story short, they went to the Hilton, and were supposed to stay free since the hotel had overbooked and bumped them out. We still aren't sure how priceline is going to refund the money.
4. We got up the next morning and went to breakfast at Dennys...since these hotels charge $13 for breakfast! Then came back to the Hyatt to talk to a manager...finally got to talk to a manager, who was very apologetic about the whole thing and was willing to resolve the problem.  And comped us both 2 free nights at any Hyatt in the country, after we signed up for the Hyatt Gold Passport...still not sure how to use it though!  I tried to get in online today and it wouldn't let me...and Michelle and Eric are still dealing with odd charges to their credit cards from priceline and the Hilton...I hope this whole mess gets worked out.
5.  I should also mention that Chuck saved the day by speaking up to all the rude people we dealt with throughout this affair...he's not afraid to tell them how it is, or how it should be.

And...on top of all this, the Rangers lost...to the Cubs...twice! Saturday and Sunday...  very unfortunate.

But it was great to see Michelle and Eric and spend some time with them!!

Constant stimulation needed...

This week has been excruciatingly slow!  My first P4 rotation started on Monday, and the professor was 10 minutes late to our meeting at 11 am!  She then had to participate in a curricular summit for the next 2 days, so we did not meet Tuesday, were scheduled to meet Wednesday afternoon but she cancelled to take her daughter to the dentist.  So today was the next scheduled meeting...cancelled again!  All of these cancelled meetings did not happen until ~1 pm, so I had already showered and gotten ready...so I got "unready" and wore the same outfit the last 2 days....probably will tomorrow too...if she decides we are meeting.

Why does this bother me so much??  I should be loving all this time off...but am I...NO!  I am getting worried that I need to be working on things and getting things done, when really, I haven't been assigned anything I haven't completed already.  However, I keep torturing myself thinking there are more things I need to do...so I have been making drug charts to help me review.  Ugh!

This needing to be working on something all of the time stems from being in pharmacy school...the past 3 years, and last year especially, I always had something looming over my head that needed to get done, and now that all of that is over...I don't know what to do with myself!

For the past 4 days I have been sitting in front of my computer working on as much as I can...and all I got from it is a sore butt... sooo I bought myself a new chair! :)
Isn't it pretty?? :)  I need a new hobby!

Kindle v. Nook

I'm interested in the new eReaders...but I don't know which one to pick! Does anyone have any advice?? I've just started researching them, and a professor of mine absolutely LOVES her Kindle. I don't know anyone with a Nook.

Any advice??

Done Done Done!!!

P3 year is OFFICIALLY OVER!!! Last day of rotation was Wednesday, and we finished the Business plan for NCPA today and mailed it off!! $80 in printing, and $20 in shipping...but it is signed, sealed, and delivered to the post office...and will arrive in Alexandria VA on Monday!

Now it is time for a break! Until Monday at 11am - then P4 year starts! :)

T - 2 days!!

2 more days until I am a P4!!! That is so crazy to me...there have been some times over the past 3 years that I never thought I would get to this point! I am excited about not going to class and only having rotations. Although it is a little scary also, I am now expected to know everything that I have been taught over the past 3 years....hmm... :\.

Anyway, overall I'm excited! 3/4 of the way done!!! Yay!

In other news, I recently turned 25 and my dad called to wish me Happy Birthday (on my birthday...didn't wait until today) and asked how it felt to be 25...I said basically the same as 24...then he asked if I felt old...well I did tonight! I went to a friend's house to help her pull up the carpet in her living room, to expose the hardwood floor below. We spent 2 or 3 hours sitting on the hardwood scrubbing the floor and scraping paint splotches up, then went to dinner. I was standing up from dinner and thought my knees were going to explode! It hurt to straighten my legs!! Ugh! I was not expecting that...and I still have an hour and a half of yoga to do tonight!

So as I type this, I'm propped up on my bed with IcyHot on my knees! How sad!

Foreward to previous post...computer difficulties

I forgot that the post I tried to publish a couple of weeks ago did not work! I was having trouble with my internet that day and forgot to get back on to repost! So this is some background information on the last post I published...oops!

So I'll explain a little about my current rotation! I'm on inpatient rotation, which means that I am at one of the hospitals in town, Northwest Texas Hospital, on the general medicine floors rounding with doctors. Each morning we meet to discuss patients, then walk around and visit each of them and the doctor will visit with them about their progress and tests that need to be ordered, etc. It was pretty nervewracking at first, but I am settling into it now and the doctors ask for recommendations on the patients' medications and I provide them...usually after consulting with my preceptor.

My favorite part of this rotation is hearing the nursery rhyme they play over the loudspeaker each time a baby is born! I smile every time I hear it and marvel at the "beginning" of a new life! Each time I hear it I remember that Michelle is pregnant, and that one day soon a hospital in Temple will play a nursery rhyme over the loudspeaker for her little one. :) What a joyous day that will be!!

I am trying to get better at blogging, however, my computer and internet have other ideas sometimes!

The countdown continues...12 days

The long awaited end of P3 year is finally approaching! 12 more days of rotation and it is over! Then I get the weekend (3 day weekend) and P4 year starts. I will be starting my Geriatrics rotation, at Jan Werner Adult Day Care in Amarillo. My preceptor for that rotation is one of the easiest we have, and hardly ever meets with the students, so basically I'll have 6 weeks off...kind of. Sweet!

But I'm getting ahead of myself, the rotation I'm currently on is inpatient, at Northwest Texas Hospital, and is going really good. Midpoint evaluations were yesterday and my preceptor says I'm doing really well and he hasn't seen any problems so far. That is a relief to hear! I confessed to a lack of confidence in my knowledge base and speaking up to the doctors we round with, but they are so helpful and willing to hear my opinions that I am feeling a little better about it everyday. It is sometimes unnerving to make a recommendation and have it immediately written down as an order in the patient's chart, which happened this week!

In other news, the business plan is coming right along, I'd say we have about 2/3 of it written, with just about 3 weeks left until the submission deadline. My group is substituting this larger plan for a project in one of our classes, and have to present part of it today, which i'm a little nervous about since we don't have any financial information in it at all! Our professor said not to worry about it, just to present what we have, but me being the worry wart that I am, is a little worried!

Chuck and I are doing well, we have now been together for 8 months and are happy as clams! He is so much fun to be around and to hang out with, I can't believe how lucky I was to meet him. Who would have thought an Amarillo Dillas baseball game could have such a profound impact on my life! :) Speaking of which, baseball season has begun...hooray! Finally a sport I like to watch! It has been a very long winter watching football and basketball!! I am so glad it is finally spring and baseball!!

Last but not least, I saw Michelle had posted about this too...Dairy Queen's buy one get one for 25 cents Blizzards this week. Chuck and I got blizzards last night....delicious! Oreo cheesequake is definitely a good choice!
